The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating thefts of checks and fraudulently obtained credit cards from mailboxes in the Highland City area which began late last year.

The investigation has been ongoing and there are now photos of the suspects due to recovered security camera video.

The suspects are believed to be using a silver Chevrolet Impala (1994-1996 model). There is a white skull sticker on the driver’s side rear window and a spoiler attached to the rear.
